Pediatric Dentist Dax Rapp, DMD

Dr. Dax, born and raised in the Great State of UTAH, received his undergraduate training at the UofU, then onto the UofL School of Dentistry in Kentucky. Dr. Dax then spent 2 years in the Indian Health Service preparing to specialize as a Pediatric Dentist with the AZ residency program. With a combined 20+ years of dental experience, Dr. Dax is prepared and grateful to provide preventive dentistry, quality treatment, and a nurturing environment at Magna Kids
Pediatric Dentistry.

When Dr. Dax is not creating healthy mouths and bea-UTAH-ful smiles, you’ll find him outside keeping his chickens and yard, biking or skiing his favorite trails, or chopping firewood at a campsite!
